Like every year, this year for the 6th consecutive year, on October 26, IEEE organizes the contest programming IEEEXtreme 7.0.
The IEEEXtreme is a global challenge, where teams consisting of students, members of the IEEE from various universities around the world compete in a 24 hour period to solve a number of problems using as the main programming languages: C, C + +, C #, Java, Python, Ruby, Perl, PHP, and Haskel.
The IEEE Student Branch of the University of Patras, will participate in the competition and this year for the second time. Last year with almost 1,900 teams participated from more than 350 universities around the world, IEEEXtreme 6,0 was a very big event for the IEEE as a whole.

All active participants will receive a IEEEXtreme 2013 T-Shirt and many other gifts.
The recordings have already started and will end on October 11, 2013.
Recall that only members of the IEEE may participate and participation is free.
